**CHARCOAL IS MESSY BUT FUN** **What do we do?** Draw with your fingers in this workshop! I teach you the drawing basics, material, technique and how to draw what we find around with pencils and mainly charcoal. You will learn how to measure distances, proportions and shadows. **Do I need to have experience?** All levels are welcome! I offer small groups so I can help everybody according to their level. Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. IMPORTANT: Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event. Before attempting cold water exposure, individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart problems or hypertension) should seek advice from a healthcare professional. Safely acclimating the body to cold temperatures requires preparation and gradual exposure.

Come join us for a hike through one of the region's most scenic and storied landscapes — wildflowers in bloom, birdsong in the trees, and the smell of the forest after a spring shower. Pure bliss. We'll set off from Pfungen and climb up to the Multberg, the views already magnificent as the countryside shakes off winter. From there we cross over to Berenberg — where we'll explore the atmospheric ruins of the former Monastery Berenberg, a truly magical spot steeped in centuries of history. From there, we descend into charming Wülflingen and push back up through lush spring forest trails towards Töss. The highlight? Passing through the legendary Totentäli — a place wrapped in myth and mystery — now featuring a brand-new bridge over the ponds. With the spring light filtering through the trees, it promises to be simply breathtaking.
