See photo! **When:** Monday 18h30 - 19h45 (*Please, do your best to arrive a little early, but SHOW UP regardless!*) **Why:** Because it's fun and we all need health, fitness, and community! **How:** €10 paid in person. **Useful Information:** Bring your own yoga mat. But, if you don't have a mat, Monday is pretty mellow and you can get by with a blanket or towel. Class is outside on the grass or on concrete (overlooking the Mediterranean!). Bring apero to share for aprés-yoga down on the beach with everyone. Bring your suit if you want to swim! We gather and hang out together and celebrate life in the South of France. **Requirements:** A positive and open attitude.
