We are BIPOC and LBGTQIA+ inclusive and welcome anyone at any level of yarn/fiber craft to join us. In the future, I plan on having various event themes such as yarn swaps, project themes, related book discussions, and skill theme days (i.e. sock making!).

Queer Crafting at Epoch Coffeehouse (Far West)
Queer Crafting at Epoch Coffeehouse (Far West)
Queer crafters of all types are welcome to bring a portable project. We will chat and craft together. Most of our regulars don't check in on Meetup, so come even if no one is signed up. Weather permitting, we usually sit outside! Our group is usually around 5 people, but we have some bigger and smaller days -- we're all busy. Very rarely we'll have only one person show up; our sincerest apologies if that happens to you.

Open Play Pickleball - all levels
Open Play Pickleball - all levels
Casual open play pickleball for all levels, including beginners. Equipment: You will need to purchase a paddle, or you can rent one from the front desk. We play with “outdoor” balls. Usually our group has some but it’s a good idea to bring them just in case. I highly recommend wearing a good quality court shoe and comfortable athletic wear. Players **Must*** use this link to register. https://apexpbclubs.podplay.app/community/events/caacc51d-b16c-462c-b6c5-efff1a04a72f Spots are limited so sign up early. Cost is $12 per person ($10.80 for Apex members). Apex is an indoor facility with a pro shop and restaurant/bar on site. You do not need to be a member to play. The purpose of this group is to enjoy the game and introduce new people to the pickleball community. By signing up you agree to be willing to play with people who are at different skill and experience levels, and show kindness and respect to all players at all times.

[Get Details and Register Here - $25.00](https://dailyreikiaustin.com/round-rock-reiki-share/) This event is turning into one of our favorite monthly community moments! Please join us in the peaceful space that is the Mind's Eye Plants Yoga Room for a deeply powerful afternoon of Reiki and connection. This Reiki Share is open to practitioners of all levels — whether you’ve just taken your first class or you’ve been practicing for years. Even if you got your attunement MANY years ago and haven't practiced since! This event is perfect to get you back into the flow! We’ll gather in community, take turns on the table, and each receive Reiki from the group. It’s a beautiful chance to both practice your healing art and soak up some much-needed, incredibly powerful Reiki yourself, all while meeting and connecting with other practitioners. If you've never had Reiki given by multiple practitioners at once, this is a must try experience. Space is limited, so be sure to save your spot! Tea will be served.

Shut Up & Write!® East Side Columbus
Shut Up & Write!® East Side Columbus
Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 22 at Streetlight Guild. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. **SCHEDULE:** 6:45ish - Quick introductions 7:00 - Timer starts: write for 1 hour 8:00 - The End **OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING** happens before and after the writing hour. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. **BEING LATE IS OKAY:** just show up and get settled! If you were on time, please be willing to make room for the friendly latecomer. Happy writing & I look forward to seeing you at Streetlight Guild! **WHAT SHOULD I BRING?** Whatever you need to be able to write! You're welcome to bring earplugs/headphones if noise will bother you! **OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:** * **RSVP:** Please RSVP by 6:00pm the evening of the meeting. This helps me know how many to expect, and if we'll need additional space! * **COVID:** While masks are not required, please be mindful of the other writers around you and their comfort levels. * **WIFI/OUTLETS:** Outlets are limited, so please ensure your devices are charged when you come! But Streetlight Guild does have free WiFi! Yay! * **PARKING:** There is free public parking at Streetlight Guild.
