Welcome to our Advanced Open Gym Practice!

This session follows a Japanese-style open gym format focused on skill development, game preparation, and plenty of touches on the ball. Players should be comfortable with the fundamentals of volleyball and able to participate in a fast-paced environment.
Practice plan:
• Dynamic warm-up
• Pepper and ball control
• Hitting lines
• Serving practice
• Warm up Games ( Optional)
• Team formation and regular games
• Positional Play

We are especially looking for 3 setters and 3 Liberos to help create balanced teams and maximize game quality.

!!!This session is intended for intermediate to advanced players who can rally consistently and understand rotations and court positioning.!!!

Come ready to play hard, improve your skills, and enjoy competitive volleyball in a friendly atmosphere!

See you on the court! 🏐
