🏐 Spicy Morning Volleyball ! ( Please Read Description)

LEVEL: Intermediate (most players are Int+)
(You should know the basics, the rules, positions, receive, pass, set and serve comfortably)
Positional play will be encouraged throughout the session!
When there is too much of a gap level between attendees court will be split into Intermediate / more Advance players.All in order to have more fair games and intense rallies for the thrill of the sport that we love ❤️✌️.

LOCATION
Minaminagasaki Sports Center (3F)
Ochiaiminaminagasaki Station (Oedo Line), next to Exit A2**

☆ 2 courts (2.43m net)
☆ High quality balls
☆ Warm up games then 4-6 team round robin
☆ ¥1000 (give to the host in the gym, not reception)
☆ Bring indoor shoes (non-marking)
☆ Optional dinner/drinks nearby
☆ Arrive late OK
☆ Waitlist priority given to members: Apply (Tokyo 23 ward residents only)
Vibe: The main goal is doing sports and meeting people. But our volleyball events are fairly competitive and high energy. We'll mix into random teams roughly based on level. Positive vibes, support your team, avoid complaining, etc. Come for dinner/drinks after the game...! 💯

We'll play some tunes, make new friends and play! 💯🔥

Welcome to our Open Gym Practice!

This session follows a Japanese-style open gym format focused on skill development, game preparation, and plenty of touches on the ball. Players should be comfortable with the fundamentals of volleyball and able to participate in a fast-paced environment.
Practice plan:
• Dynamic warm-up
• Pepper and ball control
• Hitting lines
• Serving practice
• Two rounds of warm-up games
• Team formation and regular games
• Optional positional play

We are especially looking for 4 setters to help create balanced teams and maximize game quality.

!!!This session is intended for intermediate to advanced players who can rally consistently and understand rotations and court positioning.!!!

Come ready to play hard, improve your skills, and enjoy competitive volleyball in a friendly atmosphere!
