When the storm hits, we move!
This trip is all about FLEXIBILITY, chasing FRESH SNOW and untouched lines wherever the forecast takes us. No set destination, just a crew ready to schred where the conditions look best. If you’re down to follow the storms on a spontaneous adventure, you’re in the right place.
Where are we going?
Destination will be chosen ~ 7 days before the trip based on storm cycles, current conditions & projected snowfall.
Possible regions/locations include:
- Colorado
- Utah
- Tahoe
- Pacific Northwest
- Canada (passport required)
- New England
- Taos, Jackson Hole, Big Sky, Aspen, etc.
Group Size:
We’re capping the group at 9 people.
Ski Pass Info:
Destinations will be on the Ikon Pass. Ikon Full is preferred to avoid any limitations.
Lodging Details:
- A $600 deposit via Venmo to @logan-rittberg holds your spot. Zelle is ok too.
- Lodging to be booked once location is locked in ~ 7 days before the trip

- If costs come in lower, you’ll get a refund—(we will try to keep it lower)
- Bed selection is based on deposit order. You’ll be waitlisted until payment is received.
Flights:
You’re responsible to book your own flight. Once the location is set, we’ll post recommended flights from PHL and/or EWR in the Google Sheets. Keep in mind, flights might be more expensive as they’ll be last minute.
Car Rentals:
- You’re responsible for your own car.
- Ideally, 3 people per car for ease of potential parking restrictions
- Pro tip:
- Reserve cars in multiple areas ahead of time with last minute cancellation dates & cancel unused reservations
- Carpools will be organized via a shared Google Sheet
- 4WD or AWD is recommended, chains might be a good idea too.
Refund Policy:
- Full refunds available until 10 days before the trip (March 1st).
- After that, refunds will only be issued if your spot is filled.
Lodging Preferences (Goals, NOT guarantees):
We'll do our best to find lodging that meets the following criteria:
- Airbnb/Vrbo house or condo preferred over hotels & hostels
- Max 4 people per room, but 2 preferred
- 2 showers/bathrooms
- Preference for kings > queens & non-bunk beds > bunk beds
- Kings & queens will be shared; top bunks may be used
- No sleeping in living/family/dining rooms
- Coed rooms are possible
- Same sex shared beds only if both parties request & agree
