Vegan Thai party and afterparty at a beach 　おいしいタイ料理と由比ガ浜での二次会を楽しみましょう

Hello everyone.
Yokohama Vegan Meetup is planning an event to make your summer a memorable one.
We are going to have a meetup at a very nice Thai restaurant right next to Yuigahama beach, which we have held in the past.
We would like to have a relaxing after-party on the beach after eating delicious Thai food.

This Thai restaurant is a favorite of mine and I have been there many times.
It was a big hit when we had a meet-up there before.
Once again, the Thai chef will be preparing a special vegan menu for us.
The menu will be announced later. It is all very delicious. Of course, you can also drink alcohol.

And afterwards, we would like to go directly to Yuigahama beach right in front of the restaurant and have a relaxing after-party with drinks.
There is no reason why it can't be fun to have a party on the beach in the summer with drinks and fun with everyone.

At a Thai restaurant, they will serve us some special vegan dishes for us.
The regular menu includes meat and seafood, but most dishes can be made vegan.
Please pay for your own drinks.

The cost at the Thai restaurant would be 3500 yen including operation fee.
At the beach, we would like to have each person order their favorite drink and pay separately.

Lunch starts at 11:00
After-party starts at 13:00

Please note that alcohol is not allowed on the beach except in designated areas.
Also, please do not swim while drinking alcohol, as it is very dangerous.
Of course, swimsuits are welcome.

NOTE
Whenever we host meetups, there are always some no-shows,
sometimes we have to pay for the no-shows as well.
We are having a hard time with this.
We kindly ask you to refrain from last minute cancellations and no-shows, except for unavoidable reasons.
I will send a message to those who are attending this event,
please read and respond to it for confirmation.
If we do not receive a reply, we may cancel your application.

今年も由比ガ浜からすぐそばのとってもおいしいタイレストランでおいしいタイ料理のミートアップと、ビーチでの二次会を開催したいと思います。
ちょっと早めにアナウンスしましたので、準備もばっちりできますね。

このタイレストランは僕のお気に入りでもう何度も行っています。
以前ミートアップを開催した時も大好評でしたよ。
今回もタイ人のシェフが私たちのために特別のヴィーガンメニューを提供してくれます。
メニューは後ほど発表します。どれもめちゃくちゃおいしいです。もちろんお酒も飲めますよ。
そしてそのあとはそのまま目の前の由比ガ浜に行って、ゆっくりとお酒を飲みながら二次会をしたいと思います。一次会だけの参加もOKです。
夏のビーチでお酒を飲みながらみんなと楽しくパーティをすれば楽しくないわけはありませんね。

タイレストランでは特別にヴィーガンの料理を用意してもらいます。
料金は運営管理費込みで3500円です。
アルコールやドリンクは別料金にしたいと思います。
通常のメニューは肉や魚介類が含まれていますが、ほとんどのメニューはヴィーガンにしてもらえます。
ビーチではそれぞれで好きなお酒を注文してもらって、個別会計にしたいと思います。

食事会は11:00からでビーチでの二次会は13時からです。

ビーチでは指定された場所以外ではお酒は飲めませんので、ご了承ください。
また、お酒を飲んでの遊泳は非常に危険ですからおやめください。
もちろん水着も歓迎です。

我々のミートアップではレストランに事前に人数をお伝えして人数分の料理を準備してもらっています。
ミートアップを開催すると必ずノーショーがいるのですが、不参加の人の分の代金も払わなければならなくなることがありとても困っています。
毎度のお願いではありますが、やむを得ない理由を除き、直前のキャンセルおよびノーショーはご遠慮くださいますようお願いいたします。
参加者の皆様には事前にメッセージをお送りしますので、確認のためにご返信をお願いいたします。
返信をいただかない場合は申し込みをキャンセルにさせていただくことがあります。
もう払いたくないので、まじにお願いします。
