- Camera is optional throughout the session.
- You’re welcome to keep it off, including during introductions and sharing.
- You can also simply listen quietly if you prefer.
In this session, we take a different approach.
Instead of trying to control the mind,
we work directly with the body.
Through gentle movement, breathing, and simple awareness,
you’ll begin to release tension and help your nervous system settle naturally.
As the body relaxes, the mind can follow.
This is a calm, practical session — not theory, but something you can actually feel.
You don’t need any experience. Just join as you are.
