Feeling stressed, or having trouble sleeping?

This is an English-speaking online meditation group designed to help you calm your nervous system through the body — not by controlling the mind.

Instead of trying to “think your way to calm,” we use simple breath and body awareness to help the body feel safe and settle naturally.

In each session, you will:

  • Learn how to release tension through the body
  • Support your nervous system in relaxing more naturally
  • Feel more grounded and at ease
  • Improve your ability to relax and sleep

The practice is:

  • Simple and practical
  • Beginner-friendly
  • Gentle and non-forceful

No experience is needed. You can simply join as you are.

This group is for people who:

  • Feel constantly tense or stressed
  • Have difficulty relaxing
  • Struggle with sleep
  • Tend to overthink

Guided by a Japanese meditation teacher with over 10 years of personal practice.
Through direct experience, I learned how working with the body can help the nervous system settle and restore a sense of safety.

You don't need to fix anything. Just come as you are.

Camera is optional throughout the session.
You’re welcome to keep it off, including during introductions and sharing.
If you’d like, you’re welcome to briefly introduce yourself —
and if you prefer to just listen quietly, that’s completely fine too.
