Join us for an Interval session (Fast paced runs, followed by slow recovery jogs inbetween each interval).
Different interval suggestions (depending on your fitness level):
Beginner: 600m running, 300m jogging = 1 interval.
Intermediate: 900m running, 300m jogging = 1 interval.
Advanced: 1.2km running, 300m jogging = 1 interval.
Anything else is fine too, these are just guides!
The running track is 300m so it’s easier to do intervals in a multiple of 300.
The running track is above Q's mall in Morinomiya.
