GroupFit Osaka is a community-focused fitness group helping people get stronger, fitter, and healthier while training alongside like-minded people.
We offer:
🏋️ Strength & Conditioning Sessions – Structured workouts focused on building strength, improving movement quality, and developing overall fitness in a supportive environment.
🔥 Circuit Training – Challenging sessions, combining strength and cardio-based exercises to deliver a high-energy, full-body workout that pushes your fitness to the next level.
🏃 GroupFit Run Club – Improve your running with weekend steady-paced group runs and Wednesday night interval sessions. Whether you're training for a race or looking to stay active, our run club provides a supportive environment for runners of all levels.
Our sessions are welcoming to all fitness levels, with exercises that can be adjusted to suit beginners through to experienced athletes.
First-time participants receive their first Circuit Training or Strength & Conditioning session FREE.
