We would like to inform the Mountain Bike Cycling & tour event at Mt. Fuji and forest area on December 7th.

This event is organized by Kenichi Kawamura who is the founder and director of "Aloha Biketrip” organizing various kinds of bike trips around Japan.

This time we are going to enjoy cycling in the nature surrounded near Mt. Fuji.

Bike trails in Mt.Fuji is fresh and we can relax and feel lots of nature with whole of our bodies.

We can also view the beautiful lakes and Mt.Fuji together while we are cycling.

[Details]

• Date: December 7th (Sun)

• Attendees limit: 12 people (In total with the event page of Hitotabi, so we might close although less than 12 join here.)

• Meeting place: Kawaguchiko station in Yamanashi prefecture

• Event fee: 11,000 yen (Below things are included.)

9:40 Meeting at Kawaguchiko station and moving to the bike trail

10:00 Starting Mountain Bike cycling in Mt.Fuji area

12:00 Lunch time (One rice ball, soup and snacks are included in the event fee.)

13:00 Starting Mountain Bike cycling in Mt.Fuji area

17:00 Event Closing at Kawaguchiko station

[Belongings you need]

• Bike (You can rent)

• Helmet (You can rent)

• Glove (You can rent)

• Rain gear (You can rent)

• Backpack (You can rent) * Shoulder bag is not possible.

• Water (750-1000ml)

• Sunglasses (If you have.)

• Lunch and snacks (If you think the lunch included in the event fee is not enough, please kindly prepare more.)

• Clothes for cycling (Long sleeves and pants are recommended.)

• Shoes (Running shoes and etc for biking)

• Change of clothes

• Set of Bike, Helmet and Glove: 2,200 yen

• Helmet, Glove, Protector, and Backpack: 500 yen each

[Transportations to Kawaguchiko from Shinjuku]

1. By train (2,460 yen)

Taking Chuo line special limited express train(中央特快) at Shinjuku at 6:44

Arriving at Takao at 7:31

Taking Chuo line train at 7:46

Arriving at Kawaguchiko at 9:33

2. By bus (1,750 yen)

Taking bus at Shinjuku express bus terminal at 7:40 (It goes directly to Kawaguchiko)

Arriving at Kawaguchiko at 9:25

• As meeting time is quite early to come over from Tokyo,

Satoshi(Japanize organizer) will maybe stay at the hostel in Kawaguchiko on the day before the event.
