KOGE meetup 【300円！】English, Japanese Language exchange　英語、日本語で言語交換＆国際交流！in中央会館

We will have separate tables for Japanese and English, with about 4 participants per table. Basically, topics are free, but we will also prepare the topics for the talks.
We will repeat the 20-minute talk 3 or 4 times, and at the end we will have a free talk time without dividing the tables.
You can enjoy not only language learning but also international exchange.

1:30 p.m. Doors open (A welcome drink will be served.)
1:45 p.m. - 3:50 p.m. Talk time for each table
3:50 p.m. - 4:30 p.m Standing free talk time
4:30 p.m.- (After-party scheduled at Shinsaibashi)
※The time is a rough estimate.

Those who are not good at English are also welcome to use only Japanese.
However, if the number of participants is small, we will not separate the English and Japanese tables, but will alternate the time between English and Japanese.
I'm not very good at English myself, so please let me study with you.
We will use a projector to explain the event in a way that is easy for everyone to understand.
There will be drinks (tea, coffee) at the beginning and some snacks during the event.

The cost is 300 yen, but there is no questionable solicitation or extra charge.
The intention is to get as many people as possible to come and make the next event more exciting.
We will take photos for advertising purposes, but you don't have to be in them.

Who can participate?
Anyone can participate, regardless of nationality, age, gender, etc.
However, we cannot accept participants with the purpose of soliciting for pyramid schemes (network business) or religion.
Even if you have no intention of soliciting, those involved in pyramid schemes are not allowed to participate at all. I will check again on the day of the event.

My job does not allow me to work on weekends, and I am taking time off from work to organize this event. Therefore, if the number of reservations is too small, I will cancel the event a few days before and go to work. To avoid this, please make your reservations as early as possible.

There is a bicycle parking lot, so you can come by bicycle.
There is also a library on the first floor, so you can come early and kill some time.

Participation fee: 300 yen (includes venue fee, projector, drinks, etc.)

日本語のテーブルと英語のテーブルを作って大体４人ずつでフリートークします。基本的に話題はフリーですが、こちらからもトークの話題を用意します。
２０分のトークを３～４回繰り返して、最後にテーブルを分けずにフリートークの時間を設けます。
語学勉強になるというだけではなく、国際交流で楽しい気分になろう。

１３時３０分　開場（ウェルカムドリンクをご用意しています。）
１３時４５分～１５時５０分　テーブルごとのトークタイム
１５時５０分～１６時３０分　立席フリートーク
１６時３０分～（心斎橋で２次会を予定しています。）
※時間は大体の目安です。

英語が苦手な方も、日本語だけでもＯＫです。
ただし、人数が少ない場合は英語と日本語のテーブルを分けず、英語と日本語の時間を交互にします。
私自身、英語は未熟なので一緒に勉強させて下さい。
イベントの説明は、皆さんに分かりやすく、プロジェクターを使います。
最初にドリンク（お茶、コーヒー）と、途中から少しお菓子も出します。

300円で参加出来ますが、怪しい勧誘、追加料金などはありません。
沢山の人に来てもらって次回以降を盛り上げたいという意図です。
尚、宣伝用の写真を撮りますが、写らなくてもＯＫです。

【参加できる人】
国籍、年齢、性別等問わず、誰でも参加できます。
ただし、マルチ商法（ネットワークビジネス）や宗教の勧誘目的では参加出来ません。
勧誘する気が無い場合でも、マルチ商法の関係者は一切参加出来ません。当日、再度確認します。
他に、何度注意しても、英語テーブルで日本語しか話さない、国際交流の場に相応しくない内容の話（政治的な主張等）ばかりする方は会の途中でもご退室頂きます。

私の仕事は土日が休みではなく、仕事を休んでこのイベントを主催しています。その為、予約人数僅少の場合は数日前にはイベントを中止し、仕事に行きます。そうならないよう、お早めの予約をお願い致します。

駐輪場があるので自転車で来てもＯＫです。
１階には図書館もあるので、早めに来て時間潰しも出来ます。
