Let's go see the Itami City Fireworks Festival!　伊丹市の花火大会を見に行こう！

I'm going to see the fireworks show held every year in Itami City.
I think it would be lonely to watch the fireworks show alone.
There will be 3,500 fireworks launched.
Let's use this opportunity to make some friends!

【Itinerary】
17:15 Meet in front of the KFC at Aeon Mall Itami and depart
17:50 Arrive at the viewing area on the riverbank
18:30 The fireworks display begins
19:15 The fireworks end. Don’t leave right away; wait a little while before heading back
20:15 Arrive near JR Itami Station and disperse

【Important Notes】
The times listed are approximate.
The itinerary and destination may be subject to minor changes.
Participants involved in multi-level marketing (network marketing) are not permitted to join.
Elderly participants or those who are not confident in their physical fitness should refrain from participating or consult with us in advance, as this could lead to accidents or other issues.
The organizer assumes no responsibility under any circumstances—including accidents, theft, or the event not meeting expectations—and will not refund participation fees or transportation costs.
Photos will be taken at various locations on the day of the event for promotional purposes.
Photos will be sent to participants via LINE at a later date.
(If you are extremely uncomfortable being photographed, please refrain from participating to avoid any issues.)

【Regarding the Meeting Point】
Please absolutely refrain from arriving late and trying to catch up with the group, or from bringing along anyone who hasn’t made a reservation, as this can lead to problems.
I will not be able to reply to messages after the evening of the event.
Please do not send messages such as, “I’ll be late, so I’ll meet you directly at the venue.”
I will not wait for you even in the event of train delays or if you take the wrong train, so please arrive early to account for such delays or
mistakes.
*On the day of the fireworks festival, trains are almost 100% guaranteed to be delayed.

【Other Notes】
There is no guarantee that you will be able to see the fireworks clearly.
There has been an increase in incidents caused by elderly participants lacking the necessary stamina.
(For example, complaining about a sore bottom and dragging others along to leave early.)
We do not provide special accommodations for elderly participants, so please carefully consider your own physical condition before participating.
To prevent insect repellent spray from getting into your eyes, be sure to move to an area where no one is present before using it.
The organizers will provide picnic blankets, but please help with cleanup and other tasks.
We will all return to the station together, so it is prohibited for any individual or small group to leave early during the fireworks or while cleaning up.
As this is an event designed to foster social interaction, those whose intentions do not align with the event’s purpose (such as people who simply want to watch the fireworks and are asking to be taken along) are not permitted to participate.

【Littering Etiquette】
In recent years, poor etiquette at fireworks festivals—such as failing to take trash home or leaving belongings behind—has become a social issue.
Even when trash cans are available, they often overflow, so please be sure to take all trash, such as empty cans and plastic bottles, home with you.
If you leave your trash with others or secretly dispose of it in trash cans, you will be removed from the group.

【You will be removed from the group in the following cases】
× Making a reservation, forgetting to cancel, and not showing up
× Arriving late and trying to join the group partway through, or leaving early without permission
× Being a problematic complainer

【Participation Fee】
300 yen (payable in cash on the day of the event)
*Transportation and food/drink expenses are at your own expense.

【Meeting Time & Location】
17:15
In front of the KFC at Aeon Mall Itami
(About a 3-minute walk from JR Itami Station)
*We’ll be holding a sign that says “KOGE meetup” to help you find us.

花火大会は１人で見るのは寂しいと思います。
花火は３５００発上がります。

【行程】
１７時１５分　ケンタッキーフライドチキンイオンモール伊丹店の前に集合、出発
１７時５０分　観覧場所の河川敷に到着
１８時３０分　打ち上げ花火が上がります
１９時１５分　花火終了。スグ帰らず、少し待ってから動きます
２０時１５分　JR伊丹駅近くに到着、解散

【確認事項】
記載時間は目安です。
内容、行き先を一部変更する場合があります。
マルチ商法（ネットワークビジネス）関係者は参加不可。
高齢の方や、体力に自信の無い方は事故やトラブルの元になりますので、参加を控えるか、予めご相談下さい。
当日の事故や盗難、期待していた内容ではなかった等、いかなる場合でも主催者は責任を取りませんし、参加費や交通費の返金はありません。
当日、宣伝用に各所にて写真を撮ります。
写真は後日、参加者にラインで送ります。
（極端に写真が苦手な方はトラブル防止の為、参加をお控え下さい。）

【集合について】
遅刻して追いかけての合流や、予約していない方の参加はトラブルになるので絶対にやめて下さい。
当日夕方以降はメッセージに返事は出来ません。
「遅刻するので直接会場で合流します。」等のメッセージは絶対に送らないで下さい。
電車の遅延や乗り間違いの場合でも待ちませんので、遅延や乗り
間違いを見越して早めに集合して下さい。
※花火大会の日は、ほぼ１００％電車が遅延します。

【その他の補足】
花火が綺麗に見れる保証はありません。
高齢の方の体力不足でトラブルになるケースが増えています。
（例えば、お尻が痛いとか文句を言って、他の方を巻き込んで途中で帰る等。）
高齢の方に対する配慮はありませんので、ご自身の体力をよく考えてから参加して下さい。
虫よけスプレーが目に入るのを防止する為、必ず人がいない場所に移動してから使用して下さい。
レジャーシートは主催者が用意しますが、片付け等は手伝って下さい。
全員で一緒に駅近くまで戻りますので、花火の最中や片付け中に１人や数人で先に帰るのは禁止です。
交流を目的としたイベントの為、趣旨にそぐわない目的の方（単に花火を見たくて連れてって欲しいだけの人）は参加不可です。

【ごみのマナーについて】
花火大会のマナー（ゴミを持ち帰らない、荷物を置いて帰る等）が社会問題になっています。
ゴミ箱があっても溢れてしまう為、空き缶、ペットボトル等のゴミは必ずご自宅までお持ち帰りください。
他の人にゴミを預けたり、こっそりゴミ箱などに捨てていたらグループから退会となります。

×予約してキャンセルを忘れて不参加
×遅刻して追いかけたり、勝手に途中で帰る
×モンスタークレーマー

３００円（当日、現金払い）
※交通費、飲食費等は自己負担です。
