詳細

Join us for a meaningful day of experiments that invite us into deeper connection with ourselves and each other.

These experiments and practices are taken from psychology, neuroscience, and ancient wisdom traditions.

They’re designed to be a little uncomfortable so that you can step outside familiar habits and try something your mind isn’t expecting.

We’ll also explore and discover our emotions. What is it that we don’t allow ourselves to feel, and how could that be holding us back?

You never need to share anything you don’t want to. Rather, you’re invited to be curious and lean into this, while also respecting your own pace and boundaries.

Most of the practices will be done in pairs or groups. Why? Because there is power in being witnessed by another, and because our biggest challenges are often in relationship with each other.

For many, these experiments and explorations can be transformational.

If you’re open to trying something a little scary, exploring new ways to connect, and having an awesome time along the way, we welcome you to the Connection Lab. :)

Come along or bring a friend, either is fine!

📅 Details:

  • Theme: The Connection Lab
  • Date: Sunday, January 31st, 2027
  • Time: Doors open at 1230pm (please arrive early), start at 1pm and finish at 630pm. Optional dinner afterwards.
  • Price: 7,500 yen early bird until Jan 1st (RSVP and pay here). 10,000 yen afterwards
  • Max 40 attendees

✨ What to expect:

The afternoon will move through themes including vulnerability, acceptance, forgiveness, gratitude, compassion, and questioning the stories we tell ourselves.

We’ll explore more than a dozen connection experiments, each lasting around 3–15 minutes. Many involve eye contact, guided questions, and time to listen and share with a partner. You’ll be invited to notice what’s happening within you as you connect with someone else.

Each session builds on the next to create an arc for the afternoon, so please plan to attend the whole event.

🎒What to bring:

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle, plus a journal if you’d like to take notes.

We’ll be in a large room with chairs. There are bathrooms in the building and a vending machine downstairs, and we’ll have breaks throughout the afternoon.

📝 To RSVP:

Please fill out the RSVP form here which asks you a few questions to make sure this experience is aligned. You can then make the payment online to confirm your spot.
