Kick off 2026 by connecting with tech professionals from diverse backgrounds—right inside the office of Atrae, a Tokyo-based HR tech company.
You’ll have the chance to meet engineers, data scientists product designers and IT professionals, explore Atrae’s office, and learn about the company and the products they build.

🗓️ Event detail

• Meet people from a wide range of IT and tech backgrounds in a casual, welcoming setting
• A great opportunity to expand your network, exchange ideas, and explore career opportunities
• Some Atrae team members will join the event, so you can chat with them about their work and experiences

How it works:
Participants will be divided into small groups, with group rotations during the event so everyone has a chance to meet more people. After that, you’re free to mingle and continue conversations naturally.
Drinks and light snacks will be provided 🍻🍪

Past participants include:
Backend / frontend / infrastructure / data engineers,
PMs, data scientists, product designers, recruiters, freelancers, digital nomads, startup leaders (CEO, CTO), job seekers, new graduates, travelers, and more.

📌 Fee

• Onsite: ¥1000 (cash or PayPay)
• 2days before the event: ¥900 (Pay here)

• Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the group.

• 様々なバックグラウンドのITプロフェッショナルの方々とお会いすることができます。普段会うことのない方と会ってご自身のキャリアを広がるきっかけになればと思っています。またアトラエ様の社員も何人か参加されますので、アトラエ様の事業内容やカルチャーについてもお話を聞くことができます。
• 参加者をいくつかのグループに分けて、数回シャッフルをして、参加者の方がより多くの方と知り合えるようにする予定です。(イベントの終わりの方はご自由に好きな方と話していただこうと思っています。)
• ドリンクとスナックを用意します。

• 当日支払い：1000円 (現金かPayPay)
• イベント2日前までの事前支払い : 900円 (こちらからお支払い)

• 主催者側でイベントをキャンセルした場合は参加費を全額返却いたします。参加者側の都合での参加辞退の場合、参加費は返却致しませんのでご注意ください。
