⚠️ **Cancellation & No-Show Policy (This does not apply to Social Night and Korean Speaking Club)**⚠️

We’ve introduced these new policies due to a recent increase in late cancellations and no-shows. If something comes up and you’re unable to attend after the cancellation deadline, please feel free to send us a message. We understand that things happen.

• If you cancel your RSVP up to 10AM on Monday - no Penalty
• 10AM - 5PM - One Strike. 3 strikes result in a one-month ban.
• 5PM onwards is an automatic one-month ban from our events.

Have you been learning Korean for years, months, or even just a few weeks, but still struggle to speak? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
This speaking club is conducted 100% in Korean and is designed to help you build confidence by speaking with a variety of people.

Tables Based on Levels
If this is your first time joining us, you’ll take a quick 5-minute level test. Based on your result, you’ll be placed at a table that matches your level—beginner, intermediate, or advanced. We aim to have at least one native Korean speaker at each table to help support and guide the conversation.

Conversation Topics
Each week, there will be a main topic to guide discussion, along with additional questions to help keep conversations flowing naturally.

Table Rotation
After one hour, we’ll switch tables so you can meet new people and keep conversations fresh.
Tables are limited to a maximum of 4 people so everyone has enough time to speak.

Rules:

• Participate: Even if you’re not fully confident, we encourage you to join in as much as possible.
• Respect the time:
• Please arrive, order your drink, and be ready to start at 3 PM.
• Late cancellations (after 10 AM) or no-shows will be recorded. After 3 no-shows, you will not be able to join future sessions.
• Have fun!

Fee: 5,000 KRW (cash or bank transfer at the event)

Social Night with a Drone Show Picnic🔦

This Social night we will be at Jamsil Han River park to watch the special drone show. We will be meeting at the park early to have our normal social night, then enjoy the drone show from 8:30.

Bring a mat, snacks for yourself or you can order food there as well.

Afternoon coffee or tea?

Let's meet at this unique themed cafe for some afternoon drinks and treats. Meet new people in a calm space.

• * If you cancel your RSVP after 10am on the same day. You will be marked as a no-show and marked as a no-show.
  * After 3 no shows you won’t be allowed to join for a month. These no-shows don’t have to consecutive to count.

RSVP will will open at 21:00 exactly one week before the event date.

Inside the Cafe, if you arrive earlier you are more than welcome to wait for us inside the cafe.
