Hi, I’m Luke. I’m 24 and based in Hemel Hempstead. A few years ago, I found myself in a tough place—loneliness hit me hard. It’s not something people talk about much, but it’s a real challenge, and the hardest part? Facing it alone.

I struggled to make new friends. Life had become routine, and with social media making people more disconnected than ever, real conversations and meaningful friendships felt harder to come by. I wasn’t the only one feeling this way, but at the time, it felt like I was.

That’s why I started Friendship Network—to create a space where people could come together, have real conversations, and build friendships in a natural way. We organise tailored events based on shared interests, so whether you’re up for a casual coffee, a fun night out, or an activity-based meetup, there’s always something for you.
