“A Time to Make Peace with the Past”

Reconnect with your past memories and emotions. Through guided question cards, you’ll recall forgotten experiences, and with art therapy, you’ll express the inner world that words cannot fully capture—through colors, lines, and images.

With the help of the Moonology Oracle Cards, you’ll also draw upon the wisdom of the moon and tarot, receiving warm and gentle messages of healing that shine light on your life.

This session will be held in the cozy, welcoming space of Yoga In Libe (4th floor).
Together, we will look back at past emotions and memories, release the burdens of the heart,
and walk side by side on a journey of healing.
