Self-love begins when we gently ground the mind, body, and soul as one.

We explore this practice in three key spaces:
💗 Body — safety, permission, and respect toward the body
🧠 Mind — kindness in language, realistic standards, and rewriting harmful scripts
🌌 Soul — spirituality, intuition, and deepest values

Through watercolor, participants will translate these inner reflections into creative expression, honoring their journey, resilience, and authentic selves.
