Let Go, Fill In – Releasing the Old & Setting Your Direction for the New Year
As the new year begins, we gently release what no longer serves us and tune in to the direction we truly need right now.
Through tarot cards, we explore the energetic flow of the coming year, and through art therapy and open conversation, we softly unravel the stories that remain in both body and mind.
Rather than searching for the “right” answers, this workshop is a ritual-like space to discover your own pace and direction.
With the warm, grounding healing energy of the yoga studio, let’s welcome 2026 with clarity and calm intention.
🍵 After the workshop, those who wish are welcome to join for tea time and lunch together.

Leader of the global healing community HAY, Sanha guides workshops rooted in tarot, art therapy, journaling, and meditation, helping participants read the flow of their inner world and explore themselves in a safe, supportive way.
Using language and symbols, drawing and writing as tools, she focuses on helping participants release self-judgment and see themselves as they truly are.
