1. Do dynamic meditation (yoga) & seated meditation
2. This week, we'll learn how to practice Dahnjon Juseon (단전주선) meditation, explore the principles of the mind, and discover how to apply mindfulness in our daily lives.
3. Have Qs & As on your mindfulness practice
4. Have K-food

*This meeting is free.
We are excited to see you in person at the Saesam Training Center. The meditation hall is located in a quiet place near Bukchon(북촌) village.
