🏃🏻 We are SeoulShare Runners.
🏃🏻 We run every Sunday, from February 1st. to March 29th 2026.
🏃🏻 We love exercising outdoors.
🏃🏻 We love spending time together.
🏃🏻 We love meeting new friends from every corner of the world.
🏃🏻 We don't care what age you are, just enjoy exercising.
🏃🏻 We enjoy eating together as we celebrate completing the run.
🏃🏻 We enjoy having fun together.

It doesn't matter if you're a regular runner or complete beginner, or if you run can 5K or even 500 meters.
We are here to run with you, and we are here to help you run.
If you're not so sure if you can run, just join us and try to run with us.
Let's run together. Running can be the simplest exercise, but it can be really mind-blowing.

🏃🏻 Course Details:
🏃🏻 Course: Gyeongui Line Forest Trail and Hongjecheon Trail
🏃🏻 Distance: Choose your own distance, depending on your pace
🏃🏻 Duration: About 1~1.5 hours
🏃🏻 Difficulty: Easy

We will run along Gyeongui Line Forest Trail and Hongjecheon Trail via Hongje Artificial Waterfall to Hongeun junction and loop back.

Please be on time !
The organizer will be too busy running the event,
so she will not have time to answer any messages after 10 am.

🏃🏻 11:10 AM Complete the run
Officially, the event ends here.

🏃🏻 11:20 AM But if hunger strikes : Let's Go for Brunch Together

Looking for a productivity boost or body doubling to beat procrastination? Looking for a friendly & focused space to get the work done? Callum and Crystal have your back!

A time management method that alternates focused work sessions with short breaks. Read more here.

We'll meet at a spacious cafe and complete two (or three) Pomodoro sessions:
• 45 minutes of focused work
• 15 minutes of rest and socializing

🕙 Schedule:
• 10:00 AM – Arrive, quick intro round, share what you’re working on
• 10:15 AM – First Pomodoro session
• 11:00 AM – Break
• 11:15 AM – Second Pomodoro session
• 12:00 PM – Official end (optional third session from 12:15–13:00)
• After the third session – optional lunch nearby!

• Your laptop, notebook, or anything you need to get work done
• A goal or task to focus on during the session
• This event is free.

🙇🏼‍♂️ Who Can Join?
• Anyone with something to do, something to work on
• Punctual people who can stay quiet and respectful during focus time

Only those on the attendee list can join the meetup.
If you're on the waitlist, spots do open up sometimes — and you’ll be automatically moved up when that happens.

What if the real question isn’t “Should I quit drinking?” but “What is this actually doing for me?”

We’re not here to demonize alcohol. We’re not here to glorify it either. We’re here to zoom out and look at it like adults.

Alcohol is rarely just “good” or “bad.” It’s a tradeoff. It gives something. It takes something. The real question is: do we trust ourselves in the exchange?

In this session, we’ll explore the fun, the ease, the social lubrication… and also the fatigue, anxiety, sleep disruption, and subtle loss of self-trust that can follow.

No pressure. No labels. Just honest reflection.

• What role does alcohol usually play for you: reward, release, connection, escape, confidence, routine?
• What does alcohol reliably give you in the short term?
• What does it reliably cost you in the next 24–72 hours?
• How does alcohol affect your sleep, energy, mood, or anxiety—if you’re honest?
• Where do you feel trust with yourself around drinking? Where does it feel shaky?

• A guided but relaxed group conversation
• No judgment, no “shoulds,” no preaching
