Join us for a morning of relaxation, renewal, and connection at this special garden yoga and meditation event hosted by Veronica, founder of Arvor Studio in Gangnam, and Billy, a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and host of The Mindful Midlife Crisis podcast and SeoulShare community.

What’s in store?
🧘 45-Minute Yoga Session in the Arvor Garden!
Led by Veronica, a master instructor with over 20 years of experience in yoga, Pilates, and Gyrotonic training, this session will guide you through poses designed to stretch, strengthen, and align your body. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, Veronica’s expert guidance will help you feel balanced and energized.

🎵 15-Minute Singing Bowl Meditation
After yoga, immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a singing bowl meditation. Performed by Veronica and led by Billy, this meditative experience will calm your mind and leave you with a sense of deep relaxation and peace.

• Experience a premium yoga session with an expert trainer at a special discounted rate for SeoulShare members—just 35,000 Won (normally 50,000 Won).
• Enjoy the serene ambiance of Arvor Studio, a boutique space in Gangnam designed for mind-body wellness.

• NOTE: In the case of inclement weather, we will move inside the studio.

We will provide yoga mats for all attendees. If you’d like to bring your own mat, you are welcome to do so!

10:30 am Yoga led by Veronica
11:15 am Singing Bowl Meditation performed by Veronica and led by Billy
11:30am Tea Time!
1:00 pm Let’s eat a healthy meal at Yeoksam Cafe just down the street (or somewhere else in Gangnam!). OPTIONAL

No Late Comers Allowed! If you arrive late, you will not be able to contact the Event Organizers since they'll be fully occupied with running the event, so if you are late you will not be able to join the event.

It doesn't matter if you're a regular runner or complete beginner, or if you run can 5K or even 500 meters.

Let's run together. Running can be the simplest exercise, but it can be really mind-blowing.

🏃🏻 Course: Gyeongui Line Forest Trail and Hongjecheon Trail
🏃🏻 Distance: 6-10km
🏃🏻 Duration: About 1~1.5 hours
🏃🏻 Difficulty: Easy

We will run along Gyeongui Line Forest Trail and Hongjecheon Trail via Hongje Artificial Waterfall to Hongeun junction and loop back.
