A South Jersey-based real estate investor and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience, Mark owns and manages several successful businesses in real estate and capital investing, building extensive property portfolios both in-state and out-of-state.

A member since 2017, Mark has been deeply involved in the organization long before joining the board, attending meetings, contributing ideas, and mentoring fellow investors. He is passionate about helping both newcomers and seasoned investors grow their businesses and achieve financial freedom. BIO - Rick Stein has been in the real estate business for thirty-six years. He spent his first twenty years as a top-producing agent, for the following thirteen years Rick managed The Princeton Junction office for a prominent real estate agency. For the vast majority of those years Rick was and still is an REO agent representing a large number of lenders. For all that time he has also been an investor in one to four family homes. Rick moved to Austin, Texas with his family in August of 2019 where he got his broker’s license and is currently affiliated with Vylla Home, formerly Carrington Real Estate Services where he is their REO agent for the Austin MSA. He is still active in New Jersey where he has a rental portfolio and buys and rehabs fix and flips with his partner.

BIO: David Gorenberg is the President of Polaris 1031 Exchange, a New Jersey based qualified intermediary. He is an attorney, licensed in NJ and PA since 1991. In that capacity, David has guided his clients through 1031 Exchange transactions since 1992. He has held leadership positions with several other national Qualified Intermediaries (Accommodators) before joining the Polaris team. David has written and spoken extensively on 1031 Exchange transactions, Tenant-In-Common (TIC) and Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investment properties as like-kind replacement property solutions for 1031 Exchange transactions pursuant to IRS Revenue Procedure 2002-22 and Revenue Ruling 2004-86, as well as revisions and updates to the Code and Regulations, and related issues. David dedicates a substantial portion of his time presenting continuing education classes to accountants, attorneys, financial planners, real estate brokers, and investors around the country. David is Past President of the FEA and has served as Co-Chair of the FEA Ethics Committee, and other committees. He has previously served on Boards of Directors of various REALTOR® associations and civic groups, and in other professional organizations in three states and nationally.
