EXCURSION TRAIN RIDES

Train rides are offered Saturdays and Sundays year-round. Travel behind one of our historic diesel-electric locomotives in early 20th century rail cars along the original Boulder City Branch Line. This 10 mile round-trip between Boulder City and Paradise Hills last approximately 45 minutes.

The cost is $12 per adult. We will be going on the 12 PM train and I’d like everyone to be there by 11:30 AM. Please purchase your ticket ahead of time. You can do this at www.Boulderrailroadmuseum.org. Tickets are very limited so please purchase in advance.

After that, if someone can suggest a restaurant in the Boulder City area, we can go to lunch or have a snack somewhere.

Coming from Las Vegas & Henderson:

Take the I-515/US-95/US-93 South towards Boulder City.

Take a left onto Yucca Street, which is right after the Taco Bell on the left hand side.

The open-air display pavilion will be on the right hand side.

If you would like to visit the Railroad Museum, that’s an additional $2 and that can be purchased at the museum before or after the train ride.
