**ORGASMIC MINDFULNESS MEDITATION (OMM)** Orgasmic Mindfulness Meditation (OMM) is sweeping the world as more people awaken to the truth that there is more available when it comes to intimacy, connection, and aliveness in our relationships and lives. The philosophy behind OMM offers a powerful map for how we relate, not only in intimate connection, but in communication, creativity, leadership, and everyday life. OMM teaches us how to bring attention to sensation, listen to desire, and cultivate flow rather than effort or force. Over time, this creates deeper levels of intimacy, clarity, and embodied presence across all areas of life. **People choose OMM because they desire to:** ⚑ Feel more connected to themselves and others ⚑ Experience greater confidence and vitality ⚑ Spend more time in the Orgasmic State ⚑ Feel more comfortable in their body and self-expression ⚑ Cultivate focus and sustained attention ⚑ Have more pleasure, presence, and aliveness in their lives The OMM practice is simple, specific, and repeatable. Each OMM is set up in the same way, creating a consistent container that allows participants to stop analysing and instead follow sensation, listen to the body, and remain present. The practice focuses on the clitoris, often described as one of the female centers of power and pleasure, additionally is where the most concentration of nerve endings exist in either human body, male or female and thus is a super highway for both people when they place their attention there, to flow states and higher states of consciousness. OMM Practitioner Training teaches both the practice and the philosophy of Orgasmic Mindfulness Meditation, offering tools you can apply anywhere connection is present. Upon completion, participants gain access to a worldwide network of practitioners, allowing them to continue their OMM journey wherever they travel and to team up with anyone who has been trained, by simply asking "Would you like to OM?" OMM training is open to both singles and couples. ⸻ **WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE TRAINING** OMM Practitioner Training introduces Orgasmic Mindfulness Meditation as both a meditation practice and a way of relating. **For Men** Men often come to OMM training seeking a deeper, more grounded experience of intimacy and connection. The training supports a shift away from performance-based relating and toward presence, sensitivity, and embodied confidence. **Men can expect to:** • Understand the difference between effort-based arousal and the Orgasmic State • Develop greater nervous system regulation and emotional awareness • Cultivate sustained attention through sensation-based mindfulness • Learn to respond to desire without urgency or pressure • Experience a more relaxed, embodied sense of masculinity • Deepen attunement, trust, and connection in relationship **For Women** Women often experience OMM training as a return to the body as a source of wisdom, clarity, and self-trust. Training is available in person or online. Sessions 1 and 2 are recommended to be completed in close succession, ideally on the same day, to support continuity of learning, nervous system regulation, and embodied integration. **Session 1: Philosophy & Foundations** **120 minutes** \| In person or online An interactive session exploring the philosophy of Orgasmic Mindfulness Meditation and how its principles apply to your relationships, inner world, and life. **Session 2: The OMM Practice** **120 minutes** \| In person or online A practical session covering the steps, structure, and technique of the OMM practice. If you attend with another person, you may choose to be guided through an OMM within a clear, consent-based container. **Session 3: Integration & Coaching** 60 minutes \| In person or online A follow-up coaching session, for your trainer to offer you coaching on how your practice has been going for you since your last session, and to answer any questions that have arisen through your lived experience. ⸻ **INVESTMENT & TRAINING OPTIONS** Hourly Rate: $190 per hour Trainings are paid in full when you book your session times with your trainer. **Baseline OMM Practitioner Training** ✔ Session 1 – 2 hours ✔ Session 2 – 2 hours ✔ Session 3 – 1 hour Total: 5 hours Investment: $850 **Extended Integration Option** ✔ Session 3 – 2 hours Total: 6 hours Investment: $1040 Some participants choose to extend Session 3 to allow additional time for integration, refinement of attention and technique, and two guided OMMs within a supportive, consent-based container. This smaller half-pitch match is strictly for **35 years and older** players only, as well as **not for beginners**. You must register to play. Please arrive on time to lend a hand in setting up the goals. A Roll Call for registered players is conducted. If you arrive late, you will need to join one of the other remaining open-age matches and relinguish your spot for someone who is on the waiting list and has come on-time. Please have the courtesy to de-register if you are unable to attend at all. Please wear a black or white top, or bring both so teams can be easily divided evenly. We recommend shin guards as the game is competitive and a contact sport. It is up to you to manage your own risk of injury, as this is social and free. However, we do NOT condone sliding tackles and over-aggressiveness. Please place your possessions in a safe place while the game is running. Your possessions are your own responsibility. Post-match, please help with packing up the goals, bibs and cones. 2-3 people per goal makes very light work and only takes 3 minutes. **Brighton to Point Ormond – Elwood Beach** ***As it is Mothers Day next Sunday, our next walk will be the following Sunday, 17th May.*** This popular walk along the Elwood foreshore is the perfect outing for an autumn Sunday morning. Join the thousands of Melburnians who regularly walk, jog and ride this wide, well-formed path along the shores of the Bay. Our coffee stop this morning will be at Northpoint Cafe, after we’ve walked from Brighton Beach to Point Ormond and return. **Start:** Bay St, Brighton. Assemble at the beach end of Bay St. **Parking:** Park along Bay Street or in St Ninians Road, off Bay St, just back from the beach. Parking is FREE. **The Walk**: The walk is along the Bayside Trail as far as Point Ormond Lookout and then return the same way. **Total distance**: 6.0 km. **Time:** Allow 2 hours for the walk, including coffee at the end. **Difficulty:** Easy **Toilets:** At several places along the way. **Coffee:** The café at Northpoint Cafe, or other venue (selected on the day) **Cost:** Free

Two teams use a selection of padded foam spars to tag opponents as they aim to put the jugg (the game ball) into their opponent's goal. **Watch Jugger being played in [this excellent short demo video](https://vimeo.com/28592980).** Jugger Melbourne training sessions include both full games of jugger, as well as a variety of training drills designed to promote **teamwork, communication, exercise, health and fitness, and teach core game skills.** After training we head across to Glenferrie Rd for lunch and socializing, which you are welcome (and encouraged!) to join. **‍🏃‍♀️‍➡️ New Player Info / Who Can Join** New players are always welcome! Our experienced coaches will teach you basics to get you and and swinging in no time Jugger is easy to pickup the basics while deep to master. We have a minimum age policy of 16 years (please note, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian), but other than that we welcome anyone of all fitness levels. Jugger is a great way to keep active, and a fun way to meet new people in a friendly and inclusive community! **👟 How to Join a Session and What to Bring** Joining is simple - just show up! RSVPing on Meetup or Discord is a big help as it helps us plan around expected numbers. You are also welcome to bring along any interested friends and family. **⚔️ Jugger equipment is supplied.** We have a collection of gear to loan out to new players. Bring a water bottle (there is a tap nearby), sunscreen, and wear comfortable clothes and shoes for running around in - and that you don't mind getting a bit dirty! Recommend but not required items include: sunglasses, football boots, kneepads, and gloves if you have them. You don't need any of these to get started, but you may find you want them if you become a regular. **✅ Are there any costs are involved?** Our training sessions are **free to attend** as often as you like, we are essentially just a group of friends that meet for training and socializing on the weekend. The Australian Jugger League has a voluntary annual membership that helps to support the sport (including maintaining equipment and paying for Meetup), and we encourage people to join once they become a regular attendee or begin attending tournaments. **Description**: Join me to knit or crochet in the warm, friendly environment of Kindred Studios where we can share our skills and ideas. Knitters, crocheters and crafters of all abilities are welcome. The conversation is relaxed as we work on our projects together and it's a great way to make new friends. This is a shared journey into healing sound, where we relax, connect, and create something beautiful together💫 **1\. Guided Sound Bath \+ Gentle Movement** We’ll begin with a calm, immersive sound bath using healing instruments to help you settle in, slow down, and tune into the space. **2\. Healing Instrument Exploration** You’ll have time to try Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, handpan, and chimes, exploring their sounds and vibrations in your own way. No pressure, just curiosity. **3\. Group Sound Creation** We’ll come together to create a shared “healing piece,” layering sounds and building an immersive sound bath as a group. **4\. Recording the Sound** We’ll record what we create so you can take it home and use it later for sleep, relaxation, focus, or winding down at the end of the day. **Where we meet:** We’ll meet at my studio in Richmond, located in a residential building just off Burnley Street. When you arrive, head up the stairs to **Level 1**. The studio is in **Unit 7**. **How to get here:** 5 minutes walk from tram 48/75, 10 minutes walk from tram 70 and Burnley Station.
