As a new yoga teacher, I’m excited to share a practice that builds strength and mobility through Hatha Yoga and simple mobility movements. In this class, we’ll move with mindful breath and purposeful movement, using foundational poses and flowing sequences to wake up the body, improve joint mobility, and build functional strength. My intention is to create a supportive space where we practice together, learn from each other, and cultivate calm, focus, and presence both on and off the mat.
