Cada setmana fem una sessió diferent aprofitant el moment lunar en el qual ens trobem, per exemple lluna plena: agraïment, lluna minvant: deixar anar... El pes central de la sessió està en la pràctica de ioga, però també fem una meditació profunda d'uns 10 min mínim i una conclusió de la sessió expressada a través de l'escriptura terapèutica o de l'expressió artística. **El domingo 26 de abril, a partir de las 15h hasta las 18h**, hacemos un karaoke poligloto. Podemos cantar en castellano, catalán, inglés, japonés, chino, etc. Podemos usar dos máquinas de karaoke. Ciao! Esta vez nos escapamos a la naturaleza para descubrir el **Estany de Sils**, uno de los humedales más importantes de la Cataluña interior. Un entorno lleno de vida donde se mezclan **zonas húmedas, prados y 🌳 bosques de ribera**, especialmente vibrante en primavera, con flores, agua abundante y una gran presencia de aves. 🦆 Caminaremos por un itinerario que sigue el antiguo perímetro del estanque, atravesando paisajes naturales diversos y tranquilos, ideales para observar fauna y **disfrutar sin prisas**. Un paseo perfecto para **desconectar, respirar y dejarse sorprender por la naturaleza**. Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 22 at Streetlight Guild. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. **SCHEDULE:** 6:45ish - Quick introductions 7:00 - Timer starts: write for 1 hour 8:00 - The End **OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING** happens before and after the writing hour. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. **BEING LATE IS OKAY:** just show up and get settled! A WiA Collective Wisdom Exchange At the start of this year, we gathered to look back, set intentions, and imagine the next chapter. This is the follow-up. Not a check-in. Not a progress report. A small, facilitated circle to reconnect with what you said mattered — and honestly explore what’s actually happening now. Together, we’ll explore: • What you intended at the start of this year - and what that looks like three months in • What’s surprised you, supported you, or shifted • What the next chapter needs now that you know what you know If you were at our January gathering, bring whatever you made or wrote — your word, your artifact, your intention. We’ll look at it with fresh eyes. If this is your first time, you belong here too. You’ll start where we all started: with what’s true right now. Optional art materials will be available for anyone who wants to reflect creatively alongside conversation. If you brought something home from January, you’re warmly invited to bring it back. The intention is the same as always: everyone leaves feeling more clear, more connected, and a little lighter. Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.
