And Midsummer magic is real. The sun hangs higher, giving us golden, long, lazy nights. For centuries, this was the time for feasting and forgetting darker days ever existed. Let’s keep the tradition alive!

We’re kicking off the season with waterfront dining to celebrate. Trying the much talked about seasonal restaurant in Merrick:

“SALT offers a menu that blends American cuisine with fresh seafood and offers a casual yet refined dining experience. Guests can enjoy dishes like lobster rolls, fish tacos, and surf-and-turf options while enjoying the stunning South Shore Bay views.
