Which values are you willing to go all in on?

When my time, energy, or attention feels limited, what do I protect first—and why?

Every choice we make tells a story about what we value. Not the values we aspire to—but the ones we protect when things get busy, uncomfortable, or uncertain. This conversation is about noticing those stories, without judgment.

During this conversation, we will play a game that gets us all to reflect on personal values and notice the gap—if any—between what we say matters and how we actually allocate our time, energy, and attention.

• Which values consistently show up in your daily choices?
• Which values feel important—but often get sidelined?
• Where do obligation and expectation influence your priorities?
• What values feel non-negotiable in this season of life?
• What might change if your life reflected your values more clearly?

• A reflective activity that reveals what you really prioritize

Billy leads reflective conversations and helps people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move into their next chapter with clarity and intention.

Whether you are just a beginner, or more experienced runner
wanting to achieve your next goal, this weekly run is for you !

• 7:15 pm Chrissie will welcome you outside Ichon st. exit 4
(line 4 or Gyeongui Jungang Line)
Please be on time!
• 7:25 pm We will start walking to the Starting Point spot at Ichon Hangang Park. Feeling the breeze running by Hangang.
Events start promptly.
If you arrive late, you may not be able to contact the Event Organizer since she will be fully occupied with running the event.
• 8:30 pm The events ends here.
