Dear LSR member,
We had a very busy night on Tuesday when the second #TechStartupJobs Fair took place with 20 employers, ranging from pretty established companies to those in stealth mode, announcing their projects and open opportunities. You can see who presented and all the positions they're seeking to fill via this blog post that we’ve put together.
Our next event is CrowdCamp where we’ll be looking into the benefits of crowdfunding, as well as going over the legal aspects. On the night we’ll be hearing from Jeff Lynn, CEO of Seedrs (which is FSA authorised – the world’s crowdfunding platform to receive regulatory approval) as well as Simon Halberstam & Andy Solomon from Kingsley Napley LLP who will present on the “often overlooked” legal concerns of crowdfunding. If you’re thinking of this as a potential route of raising finance for your projects, then make sure you attend on the evening of 4 October. You can register here.
Have a nice weekend!
Olga
