Bringing the Taste of Puglia to Amsterdam - Orecchiette Pop-up

A special Orecchiette Pop-Up in collaboration with corkin a wine shop focused on artisanal Italian products.

We will have two-time slots
First: 17.30 - 19.30
Second: 20.00 - 22.00

We will be serving a three-course menu

Starter: (to share) a selection of traditional Apulian cheese and affettati

Main Course: Homemade Orecchiette in a rich tomato sauce, topped with ricotta salata cheese.

Dessert: Vanilla panna cotta with a juicy strawberry macedonia.
A glass of Quotidiano wine is included and of course, you are welcome to order more.

While you enjoy your meal, a special guest will demonstrate how to shape orecchiette.
