From south of Italy but living and working in Amsterdam since 2017. As I never lost the connection with our roots and culture, I want to share with you the feeling of growing up in Italy. Sure enough, during our childhood, we were used to waking every Sunday morning with the smell of fresh pasta.

I organise fun and interactive pasta workshop in a modern and social way. There will be moments of hands-on, laughing, talking and getting to know each other. My doors are open to everyone, so feel free to join and share it with friends :)

The workshop is divided into:

• A theoretic part, with an introduction to different kinds of flour and how to use eggs and water, humidity percentage and cooking times.
• The second part will be hands-on. You will create your own pasta.
• In the third part, we will cook it and finally eat it together! :)
