Burnout prevention and recovery are supported by mindfulness, which reduces mental overload by training the mind to focus on one thing at a time. When burnout makes thoughts foggy, chaotic, and overwhelming, mindfulness quiets the mental “background noise,” leading to clearer thinking, better focus, and an improved ability to prioritize.

On December 20th, Saturday, at 2.45pm, we’ll meet at AnaMorphic Studio, where Anil will guide us through a session combining mindfulness practices and gentle reflection to help reduce mental overload and restore clarity.

We'll meet on the street, in front of the gate, then go upstairs together to the studio, get introduced, settle in, and start the session. Please arrive a few minutes early.

🌿 This workshop is for you if:

  • Your mind often feels foggy, chaotic, or overwhelmed
  • You struggle with focus, prioritization, or mental fatigue
  • You’re dealing with burnout or want to prevent it
  • You want practical mindfulness tools you can use daily

  • Practical exercises to manage stress and mental overload
  • A simple routine to support ongoing burnout recovery

☀️ What to bring:

  • A yoga mat or any comfortable mat
  • Warm, comfortable clothing to stay cozy during still moments
  • Other than that - come as you are!

⚠️ Important information
This is a donation-based event. A minimum contribution is requested to cover the venue costs, and anything you choose to give above that is a gesture of gratitude for the instructor. Donations will be arranged after the session via Tikkie or cash.

🧘 About the instructor
Anil is a meditator with over seven years of dedicated mindfulness and meditation experience. He brings a calm, grounded presence rooted in Vipassana practice. Similar to the Vipassana approach, Anil focuses on understanding the mind’s thought patterns, recognizing the “thought storms” that create overwhelm, and developing the awareness needed to gently regain control. Through practical guidance and clear, accessible techniques, Anil helps build a deeper connection with the inner world and cultivate lasting mental clarity and balance.

  • If you RSVP, please attend. 💛
  • If you need to cancel within 24 hours before the event, reach out to me directly. After two late cancellations or no-shows without notice, or if you don’t show up to your first event, you’ll be removed from the community. 💔
  • Arrive on time (a few minutes early is ideal). ⏰
  • For casual events: stay as long or as little as you like, just let us know. For workshops: stay for the entire session. 🌿
  • Be fully present and keep your phones tucked away. 📵
  • You don’t need to be on burnout leave to join, but this is a community centered around burnout prevention and recovery. 🌸
  • Be kind and respectful; any harmful or unsafe behavior will lead to being asked to leave and removed from the community. 🚫
