Think of the railways apps that provide crucial information to train conductors and engineers, or the applications used by the police to enhance safety during patrols. Employees in healthcare, logistics, customer service, e-commerce, administrative roles—everywhere, applications are used to make work easier.
The question for UX designers is straightforward: Wouldn’t it be great if we could digitally support these professionals in a way that allows them to fully concentrate on achieving their goals?
