Alice Boter (Senior Conversation Designer at CGI) is a self described 'digital omnivore' with a passion for Conversation Design and UX. With a background in copy writing, content creation and website development, she builds world class experiences for her users.

Krijn Janse (Senior Conversation AI Consultant at CGI), is fascinated with the increasing ability to communicate with technology in a more natural way. He found his way into Conversational AI during the launch of Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant and has stayed with it ever since. He helps organisations develop, implement and optimise Conversational AI strategies.
