This is a group for people passionate about workouts inspired by dance! We offer different classes and workshops. Join our Gyrokinesis classes and Dance intensity trainings.
First called “Yoga for Dancers” the Gyrokinesis Method created by Juliu Horvath is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique method that coordinates movement, breath and mental focus.
It is a complete body workout starting with the natural elements of spinal movement; arching (extension), curling (flexion), side arching (lateral flexion), and spiralling (rotation) and progressing to hip mobilisation, back extension series, and abdominal series.
