Much Ado About Consciousness. What is it like to be you?
Details
What does consciousness mean to you—and how does it show up in your daily life?
Whether shaped by spirituality, meditation, psychedelics or ordinary moments of awareness, our understanding may differ from how we actually live. What are we seeking when we hope to become “more conscious”? And what is it like to be ourselves, here and now?
Join us to explore these questions through personal reflection and shared conversation. No particular beliefs or extraordinary experiences are needed.
