Community BBQ in the Park

Sunshine, great food, awesome people, and dogs (on leashes)! Welcome to the Q2 community BBQ: a laid-back outdoor social where everyone who builds, problem solves, and loves community can kick back and connect.
Food and drinks are included but there is a park entrance fee ($15 per car) which is not included. Carpooling is recommended! We will be coordinating carpooling in the #meetup channel in the Denver Devops Slack.

When: Saturday, June 20, 2026 from 10am to 2pm
Where: Coyote Crossing Picnic Shelter, Bear Creek Lake Park @ 15600 W Morrison Rd, Lakewood, CO 80228
Price: park entrance fee is $15 per car; FREE food / drinks
Why: It's going to be a beautiful summer day and your pup is allowed to join you while you kick back with your friends!

Good to know:
• Park entrance is at 15600 W Morrison Rd, Lakewood, CO 80228 — this is the main access point to Bear Creek Lake State Park and you can ask for directions to the Coyote Crossing Picnic Shelter.
