Nature Hike National Park De Biesbosch

Details
National Park ‘De Biesbosch’ is perhaps one of the wildest areas in The Netherlands. This tidal sweet water area is a dynamic wetland and a habitat for lots of birds, mammals and insects. With some luck, you can spot the beaver, or at least see his marks left on trees. The hike starts at the train station in Dordrecht. From there we will walk towards the river ‘Nieuwe Merwerde’ and follow its course along the shore. This will lead us over small – and sometimes overgrown – tracks, which makes for a great adventure.
Meeting time and place: we will meet at 10am at Dordrecht train station. The hike ends around 3.30pm at bus stop ‘Slangenburg’ in Dordrecht, where we will take a bus back to Dordrecht train station.
How to join: RSVP to this hike AND send me a message with your email address and phone number. I will then send you a payment link. A few days before the hike, you will receive an email with further details about the hike.
