The Italian neoclassical pianist and composer Fabrizio Paterlini is one of the most successful artists in his genre. His career took off with the unexpected success of his album “Viaggi in Aeromobile.” His new album “Layers” was released this fall, which he will perform tonight in our Small Hall alongside violin and cello. In this intimate setting, Paterlini demonstrates how neoclassical and electronic influences blend seamlessly. He alternates new compositions with fresh interpretations of earlier work, always leaving room for nuance and surprise. An evening to listen in peace — and to discover something new with every note.
