Come and join us for a fantastic artistic evening at the bar in Sylvia's Market. We supply the paint, canvas, brushes and easels and the help to get you going. Social art with lots of fun! For private parties we can arrange times and dates to suit you or come to you providing you have the tables. You are welcome to book your place by calling me on 072 602 0468 or email me: arthurp@iburst.co.za price is R400.0 and this is an opening special, which covers your canvas, and paint. Payment is by deposit of R200.0 (contact me for bank details ) and the remainder on the night we have Zapper and Snap Scan. Book your place their are only twelve painting spots but room for guests to enjoy the live music of Lyric Ensemble, so get in quick! Don't mind the $ sign....

Certified Iyengar yoga teacher Steve Wilder has around 30 years of yoga experience.
First class is complimentary, then R220 per class in your first month, then R650 per month on a regular basis.

Class time on Saturdays is 08h00
There are also classes Wednesdays and Fridays at 08h00.

This style of yoga is reasonably rigorous and precise with particular emphasis on correct alignment, achieved where necessary by appropriate use of props.

Join us for a walk at a moderate pace while enjoying the company of like-minded people.

The route is either on wide pavements or in quiet roads, and we make sure you are always with someone. And we have someone who will fetch us in case of a mishap! The route is along Van Buuren road so if you feel like the walk is too strenuous, you can always turn back-as long as you don't walk alone

After which we stay for breakfast and shoot the breeze some more.

We meet in front of Bem Bom. We meet at 8:45AM. PLEASE NOTE!!!: for security reasons it is advisable to leave your valuables behind when walking.
