Our next discussion is on Nietzsche's On the Genealogy of Morality.

Friedrich Nietzsche (1844–1900) was a German philosopher and cultural critic who provocatively challenged the foundations of Western Christianity, traditional morality, and conventional philosophy.

In On the Genealogy of Morality he traces the origins of Western moral concepts, arguing that ‘good’ and ‘evil’ are not absolute truths but historically contingent products of power relations.

The book consists of three essays - please prepare by reading:
The first essay: 'Good and Evil', 'Good and Bad'

Looking forward to the discussion!
