Wat we doen

This is a group about Liberating Structures - a set of facilitation patterns designed to involve and unleash everyone. The purpose of this group is to practice and explore how to use Liberating Structures in a wide variety of situations. We provide a safe-to-fail environment where you can try out new structures and give and get help. Read more about our Purpose here (https://medium.com/the-liberators/the-dutch-liberating-structures-user-group-our-purpose-to-practice-9b246c9a819f).

Join our group if you are a facilitator, trainer, Scrum Master or otherwise frequently work with groups.

Liberating Structures Meetup Eindhoven

ilionx Eindhoven

This is the meetup of the Liberating Structures User Group, organized by people from the Southern part of the Netherlands. This meetup is intended as a (safe) playground for Liberating Structures. It is an excellent opportunity to experience and learn how to use Liberating Structures on your own, to facilitate them and to give and get help. Alternately, the meetups will be organized as an Open Space where participants bring challenges, LS they want to try or whatever LS-related thing that is on their mind. Or, the meetups will contain a string of Liberating Structures prepared by the facilitators, related to a certain theme.

Transform managers into facilitating leaders using Liberating Structures

This is the monthly Meetup of the Liberating Structures User Group of the Netherlands. This meetup is intended as a (safe) playground for Liberating Structures. It is an excellent opportunity to experience and learn how to use Liberating Structures on your own, to facilitate them and to give and get help. We are going to practice and experiment with Liberating Structures to explore how to transform managers into facilitating leaders using Liberating Structures. We want to encourage decision makers to better use the hidden wisdom in their organisation, involving more colleagues in crafting solid strategies. To do so, we would like to experiment with different LS and see what will emerge. More details about structures we would like to use follow in June. The goal is always to work and practice together and to give and get help.

Monthly Liberating Structures Meetup: Lets Try Panarchy!

This is the monthly Meetup of the Liberating Structures User Group of the Netherlands. This meetup is intended as a (safe) playground for Liberating Structures. It is an excellent opportunity to experience and learn how to use Liberating Structures on your own, to facilitate them and to give and get help. Panarchy is one of the more complicated Liberating Structures. Its purpose is to "Understand How Embedded Systems Interact, Evolve, Spread Innovation and Transform", and deeply embodies the Systems Thinking on which LS are based. In this meetup, a Design Team will attempt to run Panarchy for the first time, making full use of the visual power of this metaphor. Together, we will explore how to apply this in our work and to improve the facilitation. We're going to make good use of the 'safe-to-fail'-principle of this meetup. Join if you're ready to participate in some potentially messy facilitation, perhaps with some educational failures along the way. P.s. we're still looking for a venue for this meetup. If you've got a good space, let us know.
