The SDN Netherlands Chapter is pleased to announce an upcoming in-person event on the topic of service design and AI. This is in conjunction with the recent publication of the SDN journal Touchpoint on this topic: 'Service Design at the Dawn of AI'.

The application of AI within the context of service design is becoming more and more widespread. Not just in the delivery of the services we design, but in assisting us as we design those services. However critical discussions are also taking place, highlighting the risks posed by this technology, as well as the new opportunities it affords.

During this event we'll hear from three people who share different perspectives on AI. We'll include questions and discussions with our participants, and close the event with networking.
