Neurodiversity Pride Week Special: What Makes Me Me?
Details
Women with ADHD often develop remarkable ways of adapting to the world around them. But how often do we pause to explore what makes us uniquely ourselves?
Neurodiversity Pride Week offers a wonderful opportunity to do just that. Instead of focusing on what needs to be fixed or improved, we'll explore a different perspective: What if some of the qualities we've learned to hide are some of our greatest strengths?
This first ADHD Women's Circle is an opportunity to connect, reflect, and learn from one another in a relaxed and supportive environment. Together, we'll explore questions such as:
• Which parts of myself have I spent the most energy trying to change?
• Which parts of myself am I most proud of?
• What qualities do I value in myself?
• If I worried less about being "too much" or "not enough," how would I show up differently?
There is no pressure to share personal stories or have the "right" answers. Come as you are. Participate in the way that feels comfortable for you, whether that means sharing, listening, reflecting, or simply being curious.
You might leave with new insights, a fresh perspective, or simply a deeper understanding of what makes you you.
