About us

Many women with ADHD have spent years trying to be less of who they are: less talkative, less emotional, less spontaneous, less curious, less intense. We learn to mask, adapt, and fit in.
This peer learning circle is an opportunity to explore a different question: What becomes possible when we stop trying to be less and learn how to be ourselves more skillfully?
"Permission to be Authentic" does not mean ignoring challenges or rejecting growth. It means understanding ourselves more deeply, building on our strengths, navigating difficulties with awareness, and creating lives that fit who we are.
Together, we'll explore what ADHD means for each of us through honest conversation, curiosity, and shared experience. We'll look at both the challenges and the strengths that come with the real, messy, brilliant reality of having an ADHD brain.
We create space to question expectations that may not serve us, define success on our own terms, and discover approaches that genuinely support the way we think, feel, and work.
Our meetings may include reflective exercises, games, role plays, and opportunities to practice new skills in a supportive environment. Participation is flexible, you are welcome to contribute, observe, share, reflect, or simply listen, depending on what feels right for you that day.
This is not a place to have all the answers. It's a place to learn together, inspire one another, exchange ideas, and discover new possibilities.
You don't have to fit yourself into someone else's definition of success. You only need your own permission to be more authentic.
