Day 1: Body: Grounding & Simple Awareness
Day 2: Breath: Sitting Meditation & Mindful Attitudes
Day 3: Thoughts, Feelings & Mindful Emotions (aka Staying Present when it’s Difficult)
Day 4: Who am I? – Beyond the Story of Me
Day 5: Loving Kindness
Day 6: Integration, Connecting & Gratitude

What to Expect:
> 6 weekly meetings of 2.5 hours
> A mix of meditation, inquiry and sharing
> Mindful movement and simple dance explorations supported with beautiful music
> Short videos or inspiring texts to deepen understanding
> Partner and group exercises
