Description:
Many people struggle with a quiet but powerful inner belief: “I’m not actually as capable as people think I am.” This experience is known as imposter syndrome, and it can show up even in high-achieving, successful, and outwardly confident individuals.

This in-person meetup offers a reflective and supportive space to explore what imposter syndrome really is, why it happens, and how it shapes the way we think, feel, and behave in work, relationships, and daily life.

Together, we will explore how self-doubt is maintained by our thoughts, emotions, and past experiences—and how we can begin to build genuine self-trust, confidence, and self-compassion.

This is not a therapy session and not a lecture.
It is a space for reflection, shared experience, and practical psychological tools.

What We’ll Explore:
✅ Why imposter syndrome happens (psychological + emotional roots)
✅ How the inner critic maintains self-doubt
✅ Practical tools to build confidence and self-trust

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can start on time and make the most of our shared space.

Why In-Person?
Conversations about self-doubt, confidence, and identity benefit from shared presence and authentic dialogue. Being together in the same space allows for reflection, connection, and the realization that many people silently experience the same struggles.
